ေရးဖူးပါတယ္။&lt;BR/&gt;ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလ ၂ရက္ေန႔ ၂၀၀၄ခုႏွစ္ထုတ္ အေတြးသစ္ဂ်ာနယ္ ထဲမွာပါ။&lt;BR/&gt;ေခါင္းစဥ္က ကာလ္ခ်ာေရွာ့ခ္ပါပဲ။&lt;BR/&gt;စေကာလားရွစ္ရခ်င္ရင္ ဆက္သာ ႀကိဳးစားပါ။&lt;BR/&gt;အခြင့္အေရးေတြ မ်ားသလား။&lt;BR/&gt;အဲဒါေတြေၾကာင့္ မ်က္လံုး ၾကြက္သားေတြ ေညာင္းလြန္းတာ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။&lt;BR/&gt;လုပ္သင့္တာက အၿမဲတမ္း ၾကားထဲမွာ ခဏရပ္ဖို႔ သတိရပါ။&lt;BR/&gt;ဆက္တိုက္ႀကီး စာဖတ္တာ၊ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာ ၾကည့္တာ မလုပ္ပါနဲ႔။&lt;BR/&gt;တစ္မ်က္ႏွာေလာက္ ဖတ္ၿပီးရင္ စာအုပ္၊ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာက မ်က္လံုး ခြာၿပီး ခပ္ေ၀းေ၀းကို လွမ္းၾကည့္ေပးပါ။&lt;BR/&gt;အစိမ္းေရာင္ေတြကို ၾကည့္တာ ေကာင္းတယ္။&lt;BR/&gt;ေက်ာင္းစိမ္း ထမိန္ေတြကို နဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ ေရးေပးပါလို႔ ေျပာထားေတာ့ အဲဒီ သေဘာတရားေလကို အစပ်ိဳးတဲ့ သေဘာလဲ ပါတာေပါ့ေနာ္။&lt;BR/&gt;&amp;quot; ဘံုေပ်ာက္ေရာဂါ &amp;quot; ဆိုတဲ့ အသံုးအႏႈန္းက နာမည္ဆိုး သတ္မွတ္ျခင္း (putting stigma )
